The project aims to provide an arts-based facility for Helston, a market town in the Kerrier district of Cornwall. As the only town in rural south Kerrier, the development will meet the needs of the community through a range of outreach services and better delivery of existing activities.

The project is developing the historic Grade II Epworth Hall, leaving the exterior unchanged, but refurbishing it inside for theatre, sport, art and commercial activities for the benefit of local people, plus suites of offices for rent.
